Emanuel's Story

Coming from a Mexican heritage and background, I have been able to learn many cuisines throughout my time working in professional kitchens. My professional experience started at the Culinary Institute of America, where I obtained my Associate's in Culinary Arts and Bachelor's in Culinary Science. I have learned the skills to blend the worlds of food and science to prepare creative and delicious foods. I have garnered my experience by cooking throughout kitchens across the US, from Kailua-Kona, HI to NYC. With my experience in catering and events as an R&D cook, I have worked with high-end customers to create dishes and menus that surpass even the most ambitious aspirations. I have experience in both savory and sweet/pastry cooking.
