  1. The first step is a seamless intake form to set things in motion, followed by a deposit & matching process designed to pair you with a designer who understands your style, your pace, your priorities.


  2. From there, your remote design consultation is a conversation. The consultation could entail a video walk-through of your space, a mood board brainstorm, or simply a conversation about how you want to feel when you walk through your front door. Our designers can help you coordinate with our cleaning and personal assistance service for an overall smoother proccess.


  3. Next, the vision then begins to take shape through mood boards virtually shared with you, giving the process room to breathe. It’s here that color palettes, textures, layout options, and spatial flow come together in a way that’s clear, visual, and low-pressure.     It's an easy, 4-step process: Choose Your Service - select a service category (e.g. Personal Chef, Personal Assistance) and then, choose a pricing package (e.g. Meal Prep, On-demand). Provide Service Details - share more details of what you need and when and pay a small deposit to confirm your booking. Your deposit is fully refundable before your service starts. Expert Matching - we will send you an email with a suggest expert match suited to your needs. Connect and Confirm - once you confirm your expert match, we will connect you to have an intro call with them. From there, you can sit back and relax while they run your to-dos.
  • What is your cancellation policy of a service or subscription?
    Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while respecting our experts' time and scheduling: Service Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 72+ hours before your service, you will receive a 100% refund of your service fee. If you cancel 24-72 hours before your service, you will receive a credit or partial refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of before your service, there is no refund and your full service fee will be retained. Subscription Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 72+ hours before your next charge, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 72 hours of your next charge or after your charge, you will receive a partial refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. You can cancel or modify your service or subscription by emailing service@compozure.co with the subject line "Cancel Service" or "Cancel Subscription".
  • Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel my service?
    Once you book a service, we will email you to initiate the expert matching process. If you decide not to proceed after being matched with an expert, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • What if I don't see the service I need listed?
    Compozure will try to help you with whatever you need. If you can't find what you are looking for, you can email our client services team at service@compozure.co to ask whether we can complete the task you need.
  • Is travel included in the price?
    For our on-demand (hourly) services, travel is not included. We charge a travel fee for each service to cover our service providers travel costs. For our subscription services, an expert's travel time is complementary provided you are based in a serviceable location. *Note that we currently only conduct in-person services in and around New York City. Upon booking with us, it's open to our discretion whether we can service your area.
  • Is gratuity included in your service prices?
    Yes, gratuity is included in all our service prices. However, if you feel your expert has provided exceptional service and you'd like to show additional appreciation, you're welcome to provide an extra tip directly to them.
  • Are taxes included?
    Sales tax is added at the point of transaction.
  • Do you offer virtual services?
    We offer virtual services across the USA. The only services we can't provide virtually are personal cheffing and home cleaning. If you want your service conducted virtually, please check the appropriate box at booking or when we email you to match you to an expert, please let us know.
  • Who purchases the ingredients and groceries for my Personal Chef meal prep in New York service?
    For the meal prep bundle, your Private Chef will provide a grocery/ingredient list for you to purchase for each week. For the private event bundle, your Private Chef will purchase all necessary groceries and ingredients. Standard grocery costs are included in our service fee. If premium ingredients are required, your chef will discuss this with you for approval before any additional charges are applied.
  • What happens if I go on vacation? Can I pause my meal prep subscription?
    Absolutely — you can pause your weekly meal prep anytime. Here’s how it works: 3+ days’ notice: Let your chef know directly or email us at service@compozure.co at least 3 days before your scheduled meal prep, and you won’t be charged for that week. 1–3 days’ notice: A $55 convenience fee will apply to cover planning. Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee is charged and considered forfeited. Just let us know when you're back, and we’ll resume your service. Flexible, simple, and built to work around your life.
  • If I have a subscription (e.g. weekly meal prep), how do I cancel it?
    You can cancel your weekly meal prep service anytime with at least 3 days’ notice before your next scheduled session to avoid being charged. To cancel, just email our client services team at service@compozure.co with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your name and the email address associated with your account. You can also let your chef know directly if that’s easier — we’ll take care of the rest.
  • What types of cuisines can your meal prep chef in New York prepare?
    Our personal chefs can accommodate a wide variety of cuisines, from classic American to Mediterranean, Asian, vegan, keto, and more. You can collaborate on a menu that reflects your personal tastes and goals.
  • Are your personal chefs certified and insured?
    Yes. All personal chefs for hire through Compozure are professionally certified, vetted, and fully insured. We carefully screen every chef for culinary training, safety standards, and in-home professionalism to ensure a high-quality, secure experience.

    Anyone who wants to host with intention and ease.   • How much does it cost to hire a private chef for a party in New York?
    Pricing depends on your guest count and desired service format. Our standard service includes a personal chef, groceries, and a custom-designed, multi-course family-style meal.   • I see your pricing is custom but, what pricing range can I expect?

    No, you can have laundry services separately however, it comes at a discounted price if you include it with your cleaning service.
