My Story

Nathan has over 20 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, specializing in Italian cuisine and desserts. During culinary school, he traveled to Italy, where he was deeply inspired by the country’s emphasis on quality ingredients and artisanal techniques. This experience shaped his passion for creating authentic, bold-flavored dishes. Nathan spent 10 years as a gelato chef, mastering the art of frozen desserts while maintaining a dedication to simple yet refined cooking.

My Approach

As a personal chef and personal trainer, Nathan brings a focused, health-centered energy to everything he does. This is driven by a deep desire to help others live healthier, more balanced lives. His clear, direct communication style reflects his Type A personality—structured, motivated, and results-oriented—yet he leads with a strong, grounded presence. Nathan meets people where they are and encourages meaningful, lasting progress.

My Preferences

Nathan's favorite cuisines to prepare are Italian, Greek, and Middle Eastern. His favorite dish to prepare is Umbrian Beef Ragu with spaghetti. He is available Mondays-Fridays from 2pm-7pm EST for meal prepping. He is available for dinner events any day in the week.
