As a culinary artist, Monet transforms cultural classics into boundary-pushing creations while bringing accessible elegance to sophisticated traditions. Her expertise spans Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, Southern American, and French cuisines, though she thrives on exploring any flavor profile that resonates with her clients. While she excels at crafting pasta, steak, and seafood specialties, her formal pastry training allows me to complete the dining experience with memorable desserts. She is committed to accommodating nutritional needs—whether that means precise macro/calorie counts for fitness-focused clients or adhering to specific dietary requirements. She approach all religious dietary restrictions with knowledge, respect, and meticulous attention to detail.
My Approach
Having worked with homeless and mentally ill communities before changing careers, Monet has always been driven by a desire to provide comfort and care. As a strong communicator, she ensures every interaction is marked by consideration, understanding, and adaptability within realistic expectations. Optimistic and resilient by nature, she exhausts all avenues to leave the people she encounters with a smile.

Monet's favorite cuisines to prepare are Mediterranean: Italian & French, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Southern American. Her favorite dishes to prepare are pastas, steak, and seafood. She is available for meal prep Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST. She is available for events Monday-Saturday from 9am-11:59pm EST.
