Natalie Quintana

My Story
Natalie is a full-time student at Pace University, and through her studies, she's built strong skills in research and planning. She brings those same skills into her work as a personal assistant, taking on tasks like research and online tasks, calendar and schedule coordination, errand planning, household organization, and decluttering. Her planner is genuinely her best friend! She takes pride in turning a scattered task list or an unorganized space into something clear and manageable, bringing that same structure to everything she takes on for a client. Being someone others can depend on to follow through and deliver quality work is something she cares about deeply, and helping people feel less overwhelmed is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
My Approach
Natalie's approach is defined by reliability and precision. Clients can count on her to be consistent, punctual, and thorough with every task she takes on. She likes having a clear plan before diving in, whether that's mapping out a day of errands or organizing a space that needs real attention, and she carries it out with a calm, steady energy. Every day life can get overwhelming, and Natalie takes pride in taking that load off her clients' shoulders, offering real relief and peace of mind. Alongside her organizational strength, she brings a warm and welcoming presence to every interaction.
My Preferences
I'm currently a full-time student with classes throughout the week. I have shorter windows of availability on those days, but I'm very flexible and open outside of that, including weekends. I specialize in home and household organization, running errands, retail shopping and returns, appointment planning, and virtual assistance, including research and online tasks. I always aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to fit each client's unique needs.
