My Story

My passion for cooking started when I was 22 years old in London, UK. I began as a commis chef at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant, and from that moment I told myself: “I want to be a chef.” I knew that all my passion and energy belonged in the kitchen. Since then, my love for food has only continued to grow.

After eight years in London, I moved to the United States and settled in New York. Over the years, I worked as a supervisor and catering chef across many restaurants, facilities, and private homes with various companies. For the last eight years, I have been working exclusively as a private chef for individual clients. My defining moments come from the joy I bring to my clients and the lasting memories created through the food I cook for them.

My Approach

To me, professionalism and discretion are everything. Hiring a private chef is about having someone cook for you — but it's also about removing the stress and daily burden of figuring out what to eat. I approach each client with flexibility and a genuine desire to help. I always aim to introduce them to new and exciting flavors, because above all, I want my clients to truly enjoy what they eat.

The world of food and cuisine is vast, and I am always learning. I am open to cooking any cuisine upon request, with particular strengths in:

Seasonal American
Latin & Asian Fusion

My first love comes from my family's North African-Mediterranean roots, and that heritage is at the heart of everything I cook.

I am available Monday through Saturday, including holidays, for meal prep and events.
