My Story
My love for cooking began in my family’s kitchen, helping my mother and grandmother prepare holiday meals. Those early experiences showed me that food could create connection, comfort, and lasting memories, and I knew I wanted to build a career around that feeling. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University and later studied farm-to-table cuisine in France through Alain Ducasse Education, training under Michelin-starred chefs. From working in restaurants, country clubs, bakeries, catering, and food marketing to building my own personal chef business, every experience has shaped my approach. Today, I bring together bold flavors, seasonality, and the warmth of home cooking to create meaningful experiences.
My Approach
My approach is centered on creating food that feels personal, thoughtful, and enjoyable while making my clients’ lives easier. I take the time to understand each client’s preferences, routines, and goals so I can create meals that fit naturally into their lifestyle. I want clients to leave feeling cared for, confident in their meals, and excited to eat!
My Preferences
My specialty is making the food feel like it was made specifically for you. I love bold Asian flavors, as well as clean, comforting American and family-style dishes. With dietary restrictions, I focus on making clients feel included rather than limited by finding creative substitutions and shortcuts that add to the experience instead of making food feel like something is missing. I work best when I can first understand a client’s preferences, lifestyle, and dietary needs, then adapt my cooking around them.
