My Story

I fell in love with cooking at a young age having grown up working in my father’s restaurant in East Sussex, UK. While at school I spent a few years working on a busy 40 ft delicatessen and then a few traditional fish & chip shops in Brighton, UK.
In 1994 I had the chance opportunity to come to New York where I starting working in a busy Upper East Side Restaurant and training under great chefs. I worked in everything from fine dining to high volume BBQ, Chinese and Vegan restaurants.
Having an intense interest in varying cuisines, I explored states from New Orleans, North Carolina, Chicago and California.
While in Los Angeles I operated a catering service for many years offering regional cuisines and servicing dinner parties to weddings.

My Approach

I enjoy providing great food with my own personal touch adding my own twist on traditional dishes and using only fresh ingredients and making everything from scratch.

My Preferences

I specialize in most cuisines including Classic French, Italian, Regional BBQ, New Orleans, Indian, Chinese and British. I'm well versed in plant-based, kosher, gluten free, paleo and other restrictive diets. I love working off a grill!
